A representative Rebecca Peters from the funeral home is one of the rudest, callous, unprofessional, incompetent people in service I’ve ever met. At the time of selecting urns she informed us with our kids being new born children we needed to purchase two small urns. My wife and I took the recommendations of Rebecca Peters and decided to purchase two small urns.
They provided us with no resolutions just that we can keep the extra ashes. My husband and I insisted we wanted something that would fit them and the only choices we got were to pay more money for their terrible error or get a refund. We are sadden and extremely upset at the handling of our children’s ashes and are yet to get a refund. The callusesness of this funeral home will never be forgot.
